Is Glastonbury getting too developed?

New houses are popping up like mushrooms after a summer rain storm. Many of them are x-large, on small parcels and sell for well over one million dollars. The modest 1,200 square foot family home seems a relic of the past. Have we lost our way as a rural, quiet residential community? What do you think?
